He's a former bulldozer operator of an antiquated Caterpillar. In 2002 he was in his bulldozer working on the maintenance of a mountain gravel road under the heat of a tropical sun while his right molars were aching. The evening after work, he could not sleep because of the pain. In the morning he went to a government dentist. But he did not tell the dentist the truth when asked if it was aching. He lied, he said no, so the dentist went on in the extraction of his two molars. Because his work was on a no-work-no-pay job, the next day he was back in his bulldozer. Slowly swelling began. Nine years after that day at the dentist, that's how big his jaw has swelled.
